How long does the staging process take?
Typically, we take 3-4 hours depending on the size of the property, but we require access for the full day in case any changes are necessary.
Do I need to be at my property during the install?
No, all we require is access to be organised through the listing agent or vendor prior to the day of install.
We would normally request the person/s onsite to grab a coffee at their favourite local cafe while we are installing. The reason for this is for safety, efficiency, and creative purposes, but more importantly, we want you to be amazed by the final transformation and see it exactly how the potential buyers will see it.
Can I pay later or pay in installments?
Yes! We have teamed up with Elepay (Australia’s Pay Later specialist for property owners) to give you a handy and flexible payment option.
This option allows you to pay off the total cost up to 107 days after the installation day. That means you don’t have to pay anything for almost 4 months if you choose not to. The rate for this is 6.95% of the total cost of your styling for the 107 day plan. There are also options for 45 days, 60 days, and 75 days, at lower rates.
The process for applying for our Style Now, Pay Later option couldn’t be easier. Just let us know you want to use this option and we will send you a link to fill out a form with Elepay. You will then usually get approval within an hour.
When does the hire period start?
The hire period starts on the same day that we install the furniture unless we have made prior arrangement.
What happens if my property doesn't sell within the hire period?
When the hire period comes close to expiring we will make a time to discuss whether an extension is required.
We have flexible options for vendors when it comes to hire extensions. As standard it’s on a week-by-week basis where you pay between 10% and 15% of the total package price per week or you can get more bang for your buck by booking in for longer hire periods at discounted rates.
If you decide to not extend your hire period, we will oragnise a time to collect all of our goods at our earliest convenience.
What if my property sells before the end of the hire period?
Woohoo! Congratulations on the quick sale. We strive to achieve minimal days on market so this is a great result.
We will contact you to organise a day and time to remove our goods from your property at our earliest convenience.
Under no circumstance are rebates offered if the property sells prior to the hire period ending. STYLENGO reserves the right to collect furniture as soon as possible following the sale of the property.
I am still living in my property. Can I use your furniture?
If you are still living in your property, we can make it so our furniture (beds, couches, chairs, etc) can be used. We do this by putting our bedding on top of yours, and ask you to kindly take a photo of the finished look and re-make the bed how it is supposed to look for presentation purposes. If any damage is done to our furniture or accessories, fees may apply (outlined in our Terms).
I have pets. Is that a problem?
Although we absolutely adore pets here at STYLENGO, our terms state that the environment where our furniture is installed will remain pet-free during the entire hire period.
When should we book in the photographer?
In most cases, it’s best to book the real estate photographer the day following our installation to allow time for small adjustments to be made.

How do I ensure I can book in my preferred install date?
Great question! Best to get us into the mix as soon as possible; we can recommend services and help smooth out any concerns about the process. By keeping us up to date, we can always push the install date back if more time is required and it allows us to always be best prepared for your property!
